Office of Career Success faculty and staff are committed to helping Isenberg students follow a career path that is right for them. We recognize that each student is different with needs, dreams, and goals unique to their career journey. We’re here, every step of the way, to help our students set and achieve those goals. Specifically, to enable career success for our students, we stay current on market and industry trends, offer a wide variety of cutting-edge, high-quality resources, and provide top-notch career advising. Most importantly, we encourage our students to make career decisions that bring them happiness and satisfaction. Meet our faculty and staff.
Business Communication faculty teach courses in management communication, career and professional development, public speaking, and life design. We also offer professional development programming and workshops to incoming graduate student cohorts as well as our many undergraduates. In addition to teaching, our faculty meet 1:1 with students, offering coaching and feedback on a variety of professional communications.
The Chase Career Center team is dedicated to working with students 1:1 to help them explore career opportunities. We offer career advising to Isenberg undergraduates and masters students. Whether seeking a degree online, on-campus, or through a hybrid program, our students have access to all our resources, including opportunities to engage with top employers and industry partners.
IConnect is Isenberg’s virtual career center available for students to use 24/7. IConnect houses our many digital career resources we call IDAs (Isenberg Digital Assets). In addition to career resources, students can find special events, job and internship postings, and career coach information. Students are encouraged to set up a profile on IConnect to get customized alerts with new opportunities.
Career Peers are Isenberg undergraduates, trained to help with resumes, elevator pitches, LinkedIn, and more. They serve as mentors to younger students, sharing experiences and offering career advice.
